From its base in Luxembourg, Sparx Factory also operates in Brussels, serving clients in both jurisdictions; the continued expansion of its business sees it being active across the Atlantic, courtesy of its new office opened in New York City. Patricia Quiddington has been appointed as a Director of Sparx Factory SA and leads Sparx Factory US LLC, a daughter company in the group. She brings a welcome added dimension to the team, with twenty years of extensive business experience and ten years of practice in psychology. She joins Catharina Biver and Tamara Sanne as board members.

The opening of Sparx Factory US LLC in New York City will enable the group to serve and develop their presence in the North American market.

While Patricia Quiddington will be the groups's local contact person in the US, Catharina Biver and Tamara Sanne will continue to manage and develop the European business from Luxembourg; Patricia Soler (Associate) further supports the business in Belgium.

Sparx Factory designs and delivers professional development initiatives for both private and public sector organisations, by combining direct training and executive coaching in tailor-made programmes.
